Welcome to Granny Bird’s Wool Shoppe, where there is always room for one more chair at the table and enough tea for one more cup! Granny Bird’s is a special place, where strangers become friends, and Customers become family, since 2017.

The Shoppe is named in memory of my Grandmother, who I called Granny Bird. For as long as I can remember, my Grandpa’s hand knit work socks that required mending and completion filled a wicker basket on the bottom of her tea cart. That basket and work in progress has now found a new home within the Shoppe. My memories of Granny Bird have informed the design choices in the shop, and surrounded by yarn and her warm presence, the shoppe feels like home to me.
